Business Development Representative

SERVPRO of Lancaster East is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales strategies and improve results.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of direct sales experience, preferably in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry.
- Strong process and results-driven attitude, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
