Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development Leadership: Formulate and implement a robust business development plan to stimulate growth and expansion within the digital health landscape, pinpointing new market prospects and establishing strategic alliances to fulfill business goals.
  • Partnership Cultivation: Identify and nurture relationships with prospective partners, including healthcare providers, payers, technology firms, and other stakeholders, to foster collaboration and innovation in the digital health arena.
  • Market Insights: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to uncover emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and customer requirements, guiding business development priorities and strategic choices.
  • Opportunity Assessment: Discover and assess new business prospects, including potential partnerships, acquisitions, and investment avenues, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Proposal Crafting: Spearhead the creation of proposals, presentations, and business cases that effectively communicate the value proposition of our digital health solutions to potential partners and clients.
  • Negotiation and Partnership Execution: Oversee negotiations and contract discussions with prospective partners, ensuring alignment on key terms and expectations to facilitate successful collaborations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or similar roles, particularly in digital health or healthcare technology.
  • A proven history of driving business growth and establishing strategic partnerships within the digital health or healthcare sector.
  • A solid understanding of digital health trends, technologies, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for business success.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects and priorities.
