About the Role

As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents, and updating internal databases. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records
  • Ensure smooth communication between Chinese and local staff
  • Update internal databases with employee information
  • Prepare employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Liaise with external partners, including insurance vendors and recruiting agencies
  • Create regular reports on HR metrics
  • Assist payroll department with data analysis
  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
  • Participate in HR projects, such as job fairs and employee engagement activities
