HR Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resource Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating recruitment efforts, onboarding new hires, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations.
Responsibilities- Recruitment: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage job postings, conduct interviews, and onboard new hires; maintain accurate records and reports.
- Onboarding and Training: Coordinate new hire orientations, complete paperwork, and ensure compliance with HR regulations.
- Administrative: Manage personnel records, coordinate meetings and training sessions, and perform administrative tasks as needed.
- Payroll and Benefit Administration: Process payroll, manage benefits administration, and ensure compliance with HR regulations.
- Unemployment & Workers Compensation: Handle unemployment claims, workers' compensation, and disability claims; maintain OSHA 300 log and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships with employees, resolve conflicts, and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration or Business preferred; PHR Certification preferred. Experience in human resources or related field required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary.
Estimated Salary: $28-$42 per hour, based on location and industry standards.
