Accounts Payable Specialist (Bilingual - Spanish)

About the Role: Vaco is currently representing a growing client in the Duluth, GA area who is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist - Bilingual (Spanish) to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with a strong background in AP (5+ years of full cycle AP) and bilingual (Spanish). 

Location: Duluth, GA (Greater Atlanta Area)
This role is on-site 5x a week. 

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process a high volume of invoices (500+ weekly) efficiently and accurately.
Handle full cycle AP tasks, including matching, batching, coding, and entering invoices, as well as processing payments.
Utilize Microsoft Excel for pivot tables and VLOOKUPs to analyze financial data and ensure accuracy.
Work within a large ERP system to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
Collaborate with internal employees to resolve any discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
At least 5 years of full cycle AP experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
Bilingual - Fluent in Spanish & English
Experience working in high-volume environments within large companies.
