Phoenix Area HR Administrator

Champions Group Holdings is seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our local brands, including onboarding and offboarding processes, payroll administration, workers' compensation claims management, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities- Onboarding and Offboarding: Coordinate new hire orientation, manage the onboarding process, ensure proper saving and filing of paperwork, and facilitate the offboarding process for terminated employees.
- HR Support: Provide basic HR support to employees, answer employment-related questions, monitor the HR inbox, respond to basic questions, and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Payroll Administration: Coordinate payroll processes, ensure completeness of timecards, review weekly and bi-weekly payroll reports, and assist with wage adjustments and compliance with labor laws.
- Workers' Compensation Claims Management: Provide claim management support, collect required information, respond to data and record requests, and monitor claim statuses.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar human resources role, with knowledge of best practices and procedures.
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with multi-company payroll processing.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, with the ability to quickly learn our HRIS management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Project management experience, with strong organizational and time management skills, and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Estimated Salary: $38-$40 USD per hour.
