Regional Sales Director Job Summary

LaserAway is seeking a seasoned sales leader to oversee the in-clinic business across multiple locations within their region. As a Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing daily operations, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with HR and recruiting teams to hire and coordinate labor within each clinic, ensuring each location has a strong leader who can drive performance.
  • Strategize with Location Directors to optimize labor and schedule utilization, using DOMO and KPI tools to track sales and operational metrics.
  • Monitor new patient vs return patient stats, outbound call productivity, survey results, and Yelp/Google ratings to facilitate a positive patient experience.
  • Mentor Location Directors to drive in-clinic sales and same-store sales growth, working in-clinic a minimum of 5 days per week.
  • Review and resolve sales discrepancies, perform ongoing training and education, and enforce LaserAway brand standards.
Requirements:
  • Strong talent acquisition, evaluation, and development skills, with a proven track record of recruiting and developing top talent.
  • Leadership by example, with a hands-on approach to driving sales, managing operations, and delivering excellent patient experiences.
  • Commercially and operationally sound, with a strong understanding of operations, processes, and organizational structure.
  • Strong management and mentorship qualities, with the ability to create a strong team culture and unified goals.
