Regional Sales Manager Job Description

As a Regional Sales Manager at Springs Window Fashions, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and revenue in your assigned market. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and direct a sales team to achieve maximum profitability and growth in-line with company strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a business plan and sales strategy for the market to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Lead and direct a sales team, providing coaching and performance evaluation to build motivation and selling skills.
  • Monitor industry trends and customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts.
  • Responsible for the hiring, training, development, and performance of 8-17 sales Territory Managers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar.
  • Minimum of 5 years professional sales experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years sales management experience.
  • Willing to travel (overnight travel) 50-60%.
