Position Summary:


At FutureCare, our Admissions Coordinators oversee the administrative processes involved in facilitating admissions to our facility, ensuring a seamless transition for our residents.

Guided by the Admissions Director, they will handle all necessary documentation for admission, including contracts, arbitration agreements, and other essential paperwork.

Full-Time Tuesday to Saturday Schedule

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct facility tours for prospective residents.

2. Ensure readiness of vacant rooms for new admissions.

3. Support the Admissions Director with all pre-admission documentation.

4. Adhere to the standards outlined in FutureCare's Statement of Corporate Ethics and the Corporate Compliance Plan.

5. Assist the Admissions Director with daily and monthly reporting as required.

Required Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Strong oral and written communication skills.

3. Previous experience in a skilled nursing environment is advantageous.

4. Exceptional organizational abilities.

5. Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.

6. Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with families, residents, physicians, and referral sources.
