Our comprehensive services encompass Detoxification, Inpatient Rehabilitation, Partial Hospitalization, Treatment, and supportive housing options.Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and guide prospective patients and visitors, initiating the admissions journey.
- Oversee daily admission metrics to ensure targets are achieved.
- Manage and maintain all necessary admission documentation.
- Serve as the primary contact between county health departments and various referral sources.
- Compile end-of-month admissions reports in preparation for departmental meetings.
- Conduct telephone screenings, arrange appointments, and gather patient information for intake purposes.
- Secure signed authorizations and acknowledgments during the admission process using our electronic health records system.
- Collaborate with all departments and leadership to facilitate a seamless admission process and deliver outstanding patient care.
- Maintain and update admissions logs accurately.
- Verify legal and insurance information for initial patients and ensure ongoing insurance verification as required.
- Establish patient files and prepare necessary documentation for new admissions.
- Ensure the proper upkeep of office equipment and procure supplies as needed.

Qualifications:
A minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
Preferred Experience:
Background in addiction and/or mental health treatment is highly desirable.
Familiarity with admissions processes is strongly preferred.
