Position Overview: This role will report to the Senior Manager of F-35 Program Finance - Production Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily management activities of Program Finance personnel supporting Production Engineering, Fabrication, International Production, and Tooling for JSF.

- Offer sound advice to Production Engineering, Fabrication, and Tooling CAMs regarding business and financial processes and challenges.
- Ensure consistent application of financial policies and procedures across the Production Engineering, Fabrication, and Tooling teams.
- Provide fiduciary oversight to guarantee that Company / Program financial objectives are met, including annual LRP financial targets.

- Ensure that F-35 production contracts establish a robust and compliant budget baseline, risk management processes, and a timely budget change control process, maintaining high integration between cost and scheduling systems, and developing a reliable Estimate At Completion (EAC).

- Supervise and ensure compliance with all EVMS-related processes and command media.
- Ensure accurate reporting of program performance to both internal and external stakeholders. Provide support and guidance to CAMs for the creation and execution of corrective action plans, variance explanations, and EAC.

- This position requires the ability to operate across multiple contracts with complex structures in a rigorous Earned Value (EV), fast-paced, and high-volume environment.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading, motivating, or mentoring a diverse team of Program Finance professionals in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) guidelines and their application on programs.
  • Experience with enterprise-level cost management tools (SAP, Cobra, Compass, Open Plan, etc.).
Desired Skills:
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Expertise in manufacturing cost collection methodologies, allocations, and the impacts of Takt time changes.
Security Clearance Statement:

This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.


Clearance Level: Secret

Work Environment:

This position allows for part-time remote work, with a schedule to be discussed during the hiring process.


Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports various alternate work schedules, providing additional flexibility. Options range from standard 40 hours over five days to condensed schedules, offering employees more time away from the office.


Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour days, with 3 days off per week.
