Position Summary:

This role is pivotal in managing the daily operations of ADP Program Finance tasks. The selected candidate will oversee various program finance responsibilities, including:
  • Establishing and managing Performance Measurement Baselines independently.
  • Conducting thorough analysis and reconciliation of actual expenditures.
  • Developing Estimates at Complete (EAC) and performing Earned Value analysis.
  • Implementing appropriate Earned Value techniques and conducting variance analysis using diverse Enterprise toolsets.

Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will engage in multiple financial assessments, which encompass:
  • Cost allocation and cost control measures.
  • Preparation of reports and contractual deliverables.
  • Assisting in the formulation and documentation of corrective action plans.
  • Preparing analytical presentations for various leadership levels.

Qualifications:

A level 4 employee typically possesses several years of professional experience.

Basic Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles.
  • Experience in financial analysis.

Preferred Skills:
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
  • Knowledge of Systems, Applications, Products Software (SAP).
  • Experience with Hyperion/Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting (ADAR).
  • Capability in developing program budgets and Estimates at Completion.
  • Proficiency in data analysis through self-created queries.
  • Familiarity with cost systems similar to Deltek Cobra.

Interpersonal Skills:

A high degree of interpersonal skills is essential for interfacing with Senior Leadership, Control Account Managers, Program Management leads, and other Program Finance personnel across various locations.

Additional Requirements:
  • Experience in transforming raw data into concise written and oral management reports.
  • Familiarity with formal CPR/IPMR Reporting.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior analysts.
  • Experience in collaborating within a diverse team of various disciplines.
  • Possession of a DoD Secret clearance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Security Clearance Statement:

This position necessitates a government security clearance; candidates must be U.S. Citizens for consideration.

Work Environment:

This position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Lockheed Martin offers various flexible work schedules to accommodate employee needs.

Compensation and Benefits:

The annual base salary range for this position is $86,700 - $166,300, depending on location and experience. Lockheed Martin provides a comprehensive benefits package, including:
