Position Overview:
Sales Account Executive
Work Schedule:
This role may require weekend hours seasonally and as needed based on business demands.

This is a Full-Time, Non-Exempt position. The Company reserves the right to modify work schedules as necessary to meet operational needs.

Reporting Structure:
Reports to the Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will assist in branch operations by mastering the fundamentals of consumer finance and demonstrating your ability to meet or surpass individual sales and delinquency targets.

Your primary focus will be to support the branch's sales and collections initiatives through respectful, compassionate, and efficient customer service.

  • Delivering outstanding customer service by proactively addressing issues, offering loan solutions tailored to customer needs, and enthusiastically presenting all available sales products.
  • Processing credit loan applications and analyzing financial information for both current and prospective customers.
  • Reaching out to customers with overdue balances to propose potential solutions and resolve delinquency.
  • Consistently achieving results by meeting or exceeding individual and branch sales goals.
  • Gaining knowledge of Federal, State, and Local Consumer laws to ensure compliance.
  • Managing a cash drawer, including processing payments and making daily deposits as required.
  • Performing additional tasks as needed based on market demand and branch staffing to ensure high-quality customer service.

Required Qualifications:
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a customer service or sales role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software, with the capacity to learn financial services applications.
  • Ability to perform essential tasks accurately and promptly.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills in challenging situations.
  • Must obtain necessary licenses to sell insurance products offered by the branch.
  • Must perform work-related tasks at the designated branch location unless otherwise directed by the company.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in cash handling, sales, or collections.
  • Some college coursework.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.

Physical Requirements:

While fulfilling the responsibilities of this position, the employee is frequently required to sit for extended periods, reach with hands and arms, operate computer and phone systems, and communicate verbally.

The employee may occasionally need to move about and must be physically present in the office. Lifting or moving up to twenty (20) pounds may be necessary. Specific vision abilities required for this role include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Compensation:
The hourly rate will be based on skills and experience. This position is also eligible for a competitive incentive program based on individual and company performance.
