Client Services Representative
This role may require weekend hours seasonally and as business demands dictate.
Full-Time, Non-Exempt
As permitted by law, the Company reserves the right to modify work schedules to meet business needs. Work hours will be aligned with the operational hours of the relevant time zone.
Assist branch operations by acquiring knowledge of consumer finance functions and demonstrating expertise by achieving or surpassing your individual sales and delinquency objectives.
Your primary responsibility will be to support sales and collections initiatives of the branch through respectful, empathetic, and effective customer service.
Deliver outstanding customer service by proactively addressing issues, offering loan solutions tailored to customer needs, and enthusiastically presenting all available sales products.
- Evaluates credit loan applications and analyzes credit and financial data for current and prospective clients.
- Consistently achieves results by meeting or exceeding individual and branch targets related to the sale of company products and services.
- Acquires knowledge of Federal, State, and Local Consumer Application laws to ensure compliant practices.
- Manages a cash drawer, including processing payments and ensuring daily deposits are delivered to designated financial institutions as required.
- May undertake additional responsibilities based on market demand and branch staffing to maintain high-quality customer service.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service or sales role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software with the ability to learn financial services applications.
- Must perform job-related tasks at the assigned branch location unless otherwise determined by the company in consultation with relevant regulatory agencies during emergencies.
Experience in cash handling, sales, and/or collections is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a plus.
Ability to operate computer and telephone systems; physical presence in the office is required. The hourly wage will be based on skills and experience. This position is also eligible for a competitive incentive program based on individual and company performance.
