As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will contribute to the advancement of nursing practices and enhance patient outcomes through innovative educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate, and evaluate onboarding and orientation programs for nursing and healthcare staff.
  • Facilitate retention-focused orientation programs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine educational programs based on feedback and evaluations.
  • Design educational activities to address specific competency gaps for healthcare personnel.
  • Implement evidence-based practices to improve nursing education and patient care.
  • Encourage lifelong learning and professional development among staff.
  • Utilize a structured approach to enhance staff skills and competencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related clinical field is required.
  • Master's Degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an acute care environment is required.
  • Experience in clinical education is preferred.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
