Job OpportunityWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team of caring professionals. As a Registered Nurse at Skyland Terrace and Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and staff.
Responsibilities- Conduct routine and new assessments for residents to ensure their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Document all care provided in our electronic medical record system to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Administer medications as prescribed and document them in our medication administration record system.
- Provide wound care and necessary treatments as ordered by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Communicate effectively with Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on shift to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to discuss care needs and changes in care.
- Develop and foster relationships with residents and staff to create a family-like environment.
