Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home skilled nursing care, which includes a range of client needs such as medication administration, g-tube feeding, seizure monitoring, oxygen therapy, tracheostomy care, ventilator management, and infusion nursing services. Training will be provided for each individual client to ensure you are fully competent in their care.
- Provide one-on-one nursing care in accordance with the client’s personalized care plan.
- Ensure all client interactions reflect respect for their rights, dignity, values, cultural preferences, and expressed needs.
- Document all aspects of client care, including assessments and narratives of care provided.
