Job Summary:

Modernistic Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a skilled Restoration Specialist to join our team. As a Restoration Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to residential and commercial properties affected by water or fire damage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to emergency service calls and perform mitigation services to IICRC standards
  • Communicate and provide detailed notes on job progress daily
  • Follow documentation procedures and requirements (paper and electronic)
  • Follow all safety practices and industry standards at facility and job sites
  • Keep vehicle clean, organized, and stocked with necessary equipment and supplies

Requirements:

  • Must have a driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Must pass criminal background check and drug screen
  • Willingness to learn the entire restoration process
  • Ability to work after normal business hours as needed (time-and-a-half/bonuses)
  • 1-2 years experience with water, mold, or fire remediation preferred (not required)
  • Restoration/construction general knowledge or carpentry experience preferred (not required)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Friendly, honest, hardworking, and dependable
  • Reliable transportation
