Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at SERVPRO of Wolfe Restoration, Inc. As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for overseeing carpentry projects and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate carpentry work to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and production managers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Verify accuracy of deliveries and notify production manager of any issues.
  • Maintain a clean and safe job site, adhering to OSHA and company safety standards.
  • Protect customer property and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience.
  • Good working knowledge of building trades.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to work extended hours as required.
Physical and Work Environment
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Walking, standing, driving, sitting, climbing, and working at ceiling heights.
  • Ability to work in tight spaces and repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects.
