Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Specialist to join our team at SERVPRO of Wolfe Restoration, Inc. As a key member of our restoration team, you will be responsible for performing carpentry and labor tasks to complete projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform carpentry and labor tasks to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Understand project paperwork, including plans, specifications, and change orders.
  • Coordinate work with subcontractors.
  • Verify the accuracy of deliveries received and notify the production manager of any issues.
  • Keep the job-site clean and protect the customer's property.
  • Follow all OSHA and company safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of carpentry experience.
  • Good working knowledge of all building trades.
  • Ability to interact well with customers and coworkers.
  • A valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to work extended hours as required.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing, and working at ceiling heights.
  • Ability to work in tight spaces, such as crawls spaces under buildings.
  • Repetitive pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying objects.
