Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to provide administrative support to our HR Manager. This role is crucial in managing daily HR operations, enabling the HR Manager to focus on culture and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with job postings, coordinate interviews, and facilitate orientations to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the HR department, including maintaining digital files, updating HRIS, and managing employee intranet content.
  • Employee Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs, respond to inquiries, and ensure smooth program coordination.
  • Payroll and Compliance: Review timecards, assist with bi-weekly payroll processing, and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate training and development programs, manage schedules, and track employee participation.
  • HR Projects: Provide administrative support for HR projects, including the development of standard operating procedures and diversity initiatives.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, and reconcile monthly benefits statements.
Requirements
  • 1-4 years of related experience in an HR administrative support role required.
  • Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive) preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS systems preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to details, and extremely responsive.
