Buscamos un Cocinero experimentado que contribuya a la satisfacción de nuestros clientes preparando y sirviendo productos alimenticios de alta calidad de acuerdo con los estándares de Bartell Hotels.

Responsabilidades
  • Configura correctamente la estación para el servicio de comidas, asegurando que todos los alimentos se preparen correctamente y se mantengan a la temperatura adecuada.
  • Mantiene una estación limpia y abastecida durante todo el turno.
  • Prepara y adereza apropiadamente todos los pedidos de alimentos a medida que se reciben de acuerdo con las especificaciones del menú, asegurando la presentación adecuada del plato.
  • Prepara salsas, sopas y platos calientes.
  • Controla el posicionamiento y la rotación de los alimentos.
  • Se prepara para el próximo periodo de comida asegurándose de que las cantidades adecuadas estén en su lugar por cada hoja de preparación.
  • Mantiene la limpieza y el almacenamiento de refrigeradores y áreas de almacenamiento.
  • Solicita alimentos con las aprobaciones necesarias de acuerdo con la política de la compañía.
  • Cuida adecuadamente las estufas, hornos, asador, freidoras, parrillas, utensilios y otros equipos.
  • Trabaja con el Chef Executivo o Sous Chef para aprender de estilos de chapado y producción de banquetes.
  • Minimiza los riesgos de seguridad al seguir todas las reglas y procedimientos de seguridad.
