ARLO Sous Chef

As the Sous Chef at Town and Country Resort, you will play a vital role in overseeing kitchen operations and leading the culinary team to excellence. This position requires a strong leader who can train and inspire staff to achieve performance goals while maintaining profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the performance, attendance, attitudes, appearance, and conduct of the culinary team.
- Communicate effectively with all team members.
- Practice safe and sanitary food handling techniques.
- Enforce workstation and equipment safety and cleanliness.
Requirements:
- Able to work flexible hours and days.
- Two-year culinary arts degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years related experience.
- One year of supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, food products, and food service equipment.
- Previous experience maintaining professional and respectful work relationships.
