Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the production process, ensuring that all products meet quality and safety standards
- Lead a team of production associates to achieve production targets
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations
- Monitor and control production costs, ensuring that they are within budget
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a fast-paced environment
- Cross-functional experience in 2 or more departments (warehouse, production, quality, procurement, etc.)
- Track record of driving KPIs and meeting or exceeding goals
- Experience in developing team members through leading and managing
- Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets, ERP systems, and mobile technology (tablets, cell phone, etc.)
- Competitive salary range: $66,000 - $71,000 USD
