Job Opportunity

CopperState Fire Protection, a leading fire protection company, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Tolleson, Arizona.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Accounting Department, ensuring exceptional customer service and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer files, verify customer status, and upload documentation into customer accounts
  • Manage job processing to meet branch standards
  • Assist with incoming calls and provide support to customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Ensure data entry accuracy and consistency across multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with Administrative and Accounting Departments on various tasks and projects
  • Perform clerical duties, including photocopying, filing, and data entry
  • Support additional projects as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years' related experience or training
  • Service Trade experience a plus
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient typing skills and working knowledge of MS Office products
  • Ability to originate and correspond via email
  • Fluent in English
