Job Summary

CopperState Fire Protection is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Tolleson, Arizona. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Accounting Department and promoting customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer files by pulling contracts, verifying customer status, and uploading pertinent documentation into customer accounts.
  • Manage and maintain job processing to branch standards.
  • Assist with answering incoming calls from customers, potential customers, and vendors.
  • Ensure company data entry format standards are met for each account and verify information accuracy across multiple platforms.
  • Assist the Administrative and Accounting Departments with various tasks and projects.
  • Perform a variety of clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
  • Assist in additional projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma / GED.
  • 1+ years' related experience or training.
  • Service Trade experience a plus.
  • Exemplary customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient typing skills and working knowledge of MS Office products.
  • Competent ability to originate and correspond by email.
  • English language proficiency.
