Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Over Zero, a project of Hopewell Fund, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to advance the project's strategic goals. The successful candidate will work closely with the Arizona State Director and the full Resilience States Project team to manage relationships, coordinate meetings, and track incoming requests from network members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the AZ State Director and Programs Associate in developing and maintaining relationships with network participants and in-state partners.
  • Coordinate meetings and scheduling, track and document incoming requests from network members, and organize and update notes, calendars, and other trackers.
  • Provide coordination support for necessary Over Zero staff, assist with moving forward catalyst projects initiated by program participants, and work with the Program Associate to ensure in-person programming components are accounted for and completed.
  • Manage impact tracking for state-level and local activities, and assist with communication support, event logistics, and planning for FOOZ (Friends of Over Zero).

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of administrative experience, with a focus on operations, project management, event planning, and/or hospitality.
  • An interest in making a difference in the world through investing in local leadership and building local resilience to political and identity-based violence.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong time management skills, with the ability to travel throughout the state of Arizona as needed and nationally on occasion.
  • Proficiency in Spanish desirable, but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:

The starting salary range for this position is $28,000-$30,000 (at 20 hours per week) per year, commensurate with the candidate's relevant experience, capabilities, and skills, and in alignment with internal equity.
