The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background with excellent organizational skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Communication Liaison: Coordinate with vendors, internal team, and customers to ensure all tasks and projects are on track.
- Meeting Coordination: Plan and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
- Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, sales sheets, brochures, and flyers.
- Project Support: Assist in the execution of special projects, often involving market research, coordination with other departments, and tracking deliverables.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general office support as needed.
- Event Planning: Organize and support company events, executive retreats, and team-building activities as necessary.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack)
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support. Sales or marketing a plus
