Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication Liaison: Coordinate with vendors, internal team, and customers to ensure all tasks and projects are on track.
  • Meeting Coordination: Plan and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, sales sheets, brochures, and flyers.
  • Project Support: Assist in the execution of special projects, often involving market research, coordination with other departments, and tracking deliverables.
  • Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general office support as needed.
  • Event Planning: Organize and support company events, executive retreats, and team-building activities as necessary.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack)
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative support. Sales or marketing a plus
