Responsibilities
  • Patient Welcome and Support: Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming smile, providing courteous customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Communication and Scheduling: Answer phone calls professionally, schedule and cancel appointments, take accurate messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff members.
  • Registration and Data Entry: Review patient face sheets, obtain and record personal, financial, and insurance information, and update patient accounts in our electronic health record system.
  • Payment and Billing: Receive payment for co-pays, co-insurance, and outstanding balances, and ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Environment and Compliance: Maintain a clean and professional environment, adhering to our high standards of patient care and confidentiality.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service or medical office experience preferred.
