Job Title: Program Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Assistant to support our team in Cambridge, MA. As a Program Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our program team, including coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the program team, including coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and reporting as needed.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and other tools to support program operations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the program team leader.
  • Fluent with MS Excel, organized, and clear in communication and work style.
  • Experience with customer service and support.
  • Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days onsite in Cambridge, MA.
  • 35 hours/week, 7 hours per day with 1 hour breaks each day.
  • 3-month duration.
  • Qualifications & Requirements:
    • Fluent with MS Excel
