Cultural Exchange Program Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Cultural Exchange Program Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our host families, au pairs, and local childcare consultants. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation of our program, while also providing support and guidance to our team members.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective communication to host families, au pairs, and local childcare consultants
- Ensure program compliance with Department of State regulations
- Manage and resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Collaborate with team members to achieve program goals and objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with host families and au pairs
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in working with deadlines and managing multiple tasks
