Event Planning and Coordination

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing logistical support for the planning and execution of public events, fellowship programs, and internship programs. This includes room bookings, catering, travel arrangements, and materials preparation.

HR and Payroll Support

You will also be responsible for initiating general student and LHT hiring, tracking student internship hours, and working with the financial aid office to process student interns stipend payments.

Financial Administration

In addition, you will process invoices, expense reimbursements, and other financial transactions, including reconciling P-cards and corporate cards. You will also register vendors in HDS financial systems for payment and reconcile monthly credit card reports.

General Administration

As a Program Coordinator, you will perform basic office functions such as purchasing and maintaining an inventory of supplies and submitting maintenance requests. You will also provide logistical support for office functions, including staff meetings, open houses, and special events. Additionally, you will support RPL staff in general administrative functions, including maintaining shared Outlook calendars, replying to general emails, and fielding questions to various staff members. You will also develop and maintain information management systems for RPL files and IT support for RPL.

Front Desk Responsibilities

Finally, you will be responsible for general front desk responsibilities, including greeting students and office visitors.
