About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized People and Culture Coordinator to join our team at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees, leaders, and teams, while promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including scheduling interviews and reviewing references
  • Communicate effectively with employees and leaders, providing timely and accurate information
  • Support employee benefits and compensation programs, including open enrollment and workers' compensation
  • Establish relationships with leaders and teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and respect
  • Organize and host monthly events to increase employee engagement and morale
Requirements
  • Prior HR or office management experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of local culture and its relevance to our brand and employee experience
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer systems and able to learn new software quickly
