Job Description

Job Summary:

Creative Pathways, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Assistant Intern to join our team. As an Executive Assistant Intern, you will provide administrative support to our leadership team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Assist with office coordination, including managing office supplies, maintaining databases, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Answer telephones, greet clients and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate schedules and reminder calls, and prepare expense reports.
  • Develop and maintain databases and other resources to support the team's work.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Experience working in a related field and familiarity with administrative duties, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and mail merges for mass mailings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior internships or work in the mental health and substance abuse field.

Work Environment:

This position may be eligible for limited telework after 90 days, or situationally as determined by leadership.

Work Schedule:

Business hours are Monday - Friday 9am – 5pm.
