[Job Summary]
We are looking for a proactive and analytical individual to join our team as a Strategic Planning Associate. This role is pivotal in influencing the company's growth strategy by examining various business factors and contributing to both existing and future revenue opportunities. The position entails extensive strategic planning, financial evaluation, and collaboration with a diverse array of internal and external stakeholders.

[Key Responsibilities]

1. **In-Depth Business Analysis:**
- Conduct thorough assessments of industry trends, competitive positioning, and technological advancements, including market sizing and customer segmentation.
- Analyze business economics with a focus on utility-scale solar and battery innovations, as well as emerging energy sectors such as green hydrogen and digital solutions.

2. **Strategic Development and Growth Initiatives:**
- Assist in formulating annual and long-term business strategies for utility-scale solar, energy storage, and new energy ventures.
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships, alliances, and M&A opportunities to bolster growth initiatives.

3. **Financial Evaluation and Transaction Support:**
- Execute financial assessments, including net present value calculations, scenario analyses, and project valuations for solar and battery initiatives.
- Aid in negotiations for solar and battery project sales, collaborating with both internal teams and external partners.

4. **Effective Communication and Collaboration:**
- Present strategic insights and recommendations to various internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Foster communication and coordination across departments and with external parties to advance strategic objectives.

5. **Enhancing Planning Processes:**
- Collaborate with corporate planning teams to identify and implement improvements and best practices in planning processes.
- Support the execution of the annual strategic planning cycle and related implementation strategies.

[Qualifications]
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA from a prestigious institution is preferred.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in strategy consulting or a similar capacity.
  • Expertise in financial analysis, advanced modeling, and business management tools.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and strategic thinking; adept at developing innovative business models and long-term strategies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and strategies effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with outstanding analytical and implementation abilities.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and manage cross-functional relationships.
  • Experience in renewable energy or digital infrastructure is a plus.
  • Background in corporate planning, business administration, or strategy formulation is advantageous.
