Role Summary
We are in search of a driven Key Account Manager (KAM) to enhance our Commercial team in Southern California and elevate our mission to new heights.

Key Responsibilities
As a Key Account Manager at Lenus, your role will encompass:

  • Coach Engagement: Onboarding new holistic health coaches and effectively managing a portfolio of around 15-20 coaches.
  • Business Growth: Cultivating your coaches' businesses through strategic marketing initiatives, impactful sales techniques, and innovative business development strategies.
  • Service Excellence: Ensuring exceptional service quality through diligent project management, active meeting participation, comprehensive material reviews, and fostering robust relationships between Lenus and your coaches.
  • Leadership: Demonstrating leadership within your role and taking full ownership of your responsibilities.

Candidate Profile
We appreciate diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are essential, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably within the technology or SaaS sectors.
  • Proven sales and negotiation skills to effectively onboard and engage prospective clients.
  • Experience in Social Media Marketing is advantageous, given its relevance to our coaching strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and enhancements in client accounts.
  • Capability to tackle challenges, devise innovative solutions, and implement strategic plans tailored to each client's objectives.
  • Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple client accounts effectively, and consistently meet targets.
  • Resilience in the face of rejection and challenges, maintaining a positive attitude and perseverance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with exceptional proficiency in both written and verbal English; Spanish is a plus.
