Site Support Specialist (Patient Supply Operations)

Location: Philadelphia, PA - Full Time

The Site Support Specialist plays a crucial role in the strategizing, communication, and execution of Adaptimmune's processes and systems at clinical sites and commercial centers of excellence. This position encompasses various responsibilities, including the development and delivery of training programs and operational support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the training and deployment of Vineti and other essential tools to facilitate patient treatment.
  2. Provide ongoing site support and help desk assistance following the rollout of systems.
  3. Contribute to the design and dissemination of training materials for relevant systems, including Chain of Custody/Chain of Identity.
  4. Serve as the primary liaison for inquiries and challenges related to the use of Adaptimmune's processes, systems, and services, coordinating with appropriate teams for resolution.
  5. Ensure the accurate capture, creation, and maintenance of site training records within designated Adaptimmune systems.
  6. Collaborate with clinical sites and Adaptimmune teams to identify, document, and implement improvement opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with logistics and supply chains in cell and gene therapy.
  • Familiarity with both early-stage and late-stage/commercial pharmaceutical or biotech companies.
  • Experience in treatment operations.
