We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Cardio-Oncology Specialist to join our team at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients with complex cardiovascular conditions, working collaboratively with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, and surgeons in the NCI-designated Abramson Comprehensive Cancer Center.
Key Responsibilities- Attending on inpatient and outpatient services at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and associated practice sites
- Providing services for general cardiology patients based on the needs of the division
- Opportunities for non-invasive imaging will be considered on an individual basis taking into consideration applicant expertise and divisional priorities
- Teaching responsibilities may include educating medical students, residents, cardiovascular fellows, and advanced practice providers
- Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree
- Candidates should be board certified or board eligible in cardiovascular diseases
- Selected candidates will be expected to contribute to the educational mission of the organization
- Ample mentorship to achieve clinical and clinical research productivity
- Opportunities for national and international prominence in the field
