Site Support Specialist (Patient Supply Operations)
Location: Philadelphia, PA - Full Time
The Site Support Specialist plays a crucial role in the organization, communication, and execution of Adaptimmune's processes and systems at clinical sites and commercial centers of excellence. This position encompasses various responsibilities, including the development and delivery of training programs and operational support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
This role collaborates with multiple Adaptimmune departments, including Clinical, Clinical Site Operations, and Information Management, to ensure seamless operations. The Site Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, such as site training records, ensuring they are properly stored within Adaptimmune's systems.
Additionally, this position gathers feedback from clinical sites, communicates findings to relevant Adaptimmune teams, and formulates action plans to address issues and enhance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the training and implementation of necessary tools, including Vineti, to support treatment facilitation.
- Provide ongoing site support and help desk assistance following system rollouts.
- Contribute to the creation and dissemination of training materials for relevant systems, including Chain of Custody/Chain of Identity.
- Serve as the primary contact for inquiries and issues related to the use of Adaptimmune's processes, systems, and services.
- Coordinate the resolution of inquiries and issues by engaging appropriate Adaptimmune teams.
- Ensure the accurate capture, creation, and maintenance of site training records within designated Adaptimmune systems.
- Collaborate with clinical sites and Adaptimmune teams to identify, document, and implement improvement opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.
Desirable:
Experience in logistics and supply chains related to cell and gene therapy.
Familiarity with both early-stage and late-stage/commercial pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies.
Experience in treatment operations.
