Job Summary:

This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the retail industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, including experience in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the retail industry
