This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership and a deep understanding of the retail industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion
- Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing
- 5-10 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the retail industry
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, including experience in developing and executing sales strategies
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the retail industry
