Job Description

Job Summary:

iKrusher is seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our Key Accounts team and drive sales growth. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Lead and Motivate Sales Team: Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage Sales Performance: Evaluate individual sales performances, identify areas for improvement, and provide coaching and training to enhance sales skills.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct market analysis and research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop and manage sales forecasts and budgets to ensure accurate revenue projections and effective resource allocation.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Leadership Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of sales leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Management Experience: Proven management experience with a track record of leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or Marketing.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: Salary range of $70,000 to $75,000 annually.
  • Bonus and Commission: Eligible for quarterly and annual bonuses and commission.
  • Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision benefits, sick pay, paid holidays, paid vacation, and eligibility for company 401k plan.
