Overview

The Sales Operations Coordinator will directly assist the Director of Sales, providing essential support to the sales team by managing the sales information system and delivering comprehensive administrative services for the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Retrieve contracts and send them to Sales Representatives as needed.
  • Accurately enter work order submissions.
  • Adhere to work order setup protocols.
  • Respond to inquiries by clarifying information needs; researching, locating, and supplying relevant data.
  • Prepare and distribute liquidated damages correspondence.
  • Maintain and update the customer database by entering inquiry information.
  • Generate detailed reports on delinquent accounts for review by General Managers and Regional Sales Managers to facilitate the removal of equipment and services.
  • Create customer profiles for new accounts.
  • Scan contracts into the tracking system.
  • Input contract terms into the tracking system.
  • Achieve or surpass service quality and productivity benchmarks established for the role.
  • Research and compile customer backup documentation.
  • Uphold established Service Level targets.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative capacity.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Positive customer service orientation, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse individuals.
  • Capability to meet the physical demands of the role with or without reasonable accommodations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish).

  • Continuous sitting, seeing, hearing, speaking, and smelling.

Compensation: $29.30 per hour
