  • Ensure Compliance with Sephora Standards: Ensure compliance with store standards, maintaining a professional environment and upholding Sephora's values.
  • Ensure Client Loyalty and Engagement: Support client loyalty programs and services, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure success and drive business growth.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail sales or services.
  • Passion for client service and teamwork.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to multitask.
  • Resilience and adaptability to changing store priorities.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
