Position Summary:

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-focused Project Management Specialist. In this role, you will be essential in facilitating the efficient execution of material procurement, scheduling of projects, and overall project management. This position demands outstanding communication abilities, multitasking skills, exceptional organizational capabilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate projects from the receipt of the signed contract through to the commencement of work.
  • Assist the Field Manager in overseeing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate closely with the Field Manager to ensure all project components meet high-quality standards.
  • Manage material orders and create necessary work orders.
  • Schedule projects with subcontractors efficiently.
  • Monitor weather conditions and adjust project timelines accordingly.
  • Support sales consultants in preparing project proposals.
  • Accurately input and manage job details within the CRM software.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide updates on project schedules during team meetings.
  • Prepare change order forms for client approval as necessary.
  • Complete job information and material sheets for invoicing purposes.
  • Transport materials as needed during the project.
  • Maintain control over projects by managing priorities, conflicts, and risks effectively.
  • Communicate efficiently with subcontractors, clients, and office personnel.
  • Balance the demands of multiple projects while maintaining professionalism.
  • Operate a forklift as required.
  • Assist with receiving and organizing material orders in the warehouse.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Support the Field Manager with site inspections, compliance documentation, and project completion tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Clean driving record essential.
  • Punctuality and reliability are a must.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative.
  • Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer skills are necessary.
  • Physical ability to lift materials and climb ladders.
  • Must be able to work at heights safely.

Work Schedule and Compensation:

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (with flexibility as needed).
  • Hourly rate: $22.00.
