KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and oversee the operational elements of ongoing projects, acting as a liaison between project management, planning, project teams, and line management.

Review project statuses and budgets; manage timelines and generate status reports.
Identify project challenges and devise solutions to achieve productivity, quality, and client satisfaction objectives.

Ensure that contract obligations and subcontractor duties are fulfilled, including defining and implementing project planning techniques to enhance contract visibility.

Responsibilities may encompass developing budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project specifications for assigned program segments, participating in establishing program plan requirements, and monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure compliance with contractual, cost, and schedule goals.


ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess an active DoD Secret security clearance with the capability to obtain a TS/SCI.
Must have a valid passport.

A Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of DoD experience; or a Master's Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience and applicable certification.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

PMP Certification

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS
Cbridgeinc adheres to Temporary Duty Station (TDY)/Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) vaccination mandates. If this position necessitates OCONUS travel, Vaccine Recommendations by AOR lists current vaccination requirements by location.

Office Environment:


Must be capable of working in an office setting, seated at a desk, and using a computer for the majority of the workday.

Work conditions are physically comfortable; employees have discretion regarding sitting, walking, and standing.
May require short-distance travel to offices, conference rooms, and on-site buildings.
