• Assemble project-related documentation, including Method of Procedures, access requests, service reports, and quality assurance forms, under the supervision of maintenance division leaders.

Communication:
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and vendors through various channels, ensuring clarity and resolution of any issues that arise.

Reporting:
• Generate reports for management and clients, summarizing project status and outcomes.

Regulatory Coordination:
• Collaborate with governmental agencies to align project activities with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Education:
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience in project management or coordination.

Certifications:
• Project Management Institute (PMI) Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and Six Sigma certifications are advantageous. Proficiency in SalesForce is highly desirable.

Skills:
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex information and develop actionable strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Project, and familiar with CRM systems.

Competencies:
• Demonstrated project management capabilities, effective communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
