We are currently seeking a Project Scheduling Specialist to assist in the coordination of scheduling and procurement of materials for our commercial projects. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Key Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience utilizing Microsoft Excel, with a solid understanding of data entry, formulas, and lookup functions.
2. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service capacity, focusing on client communication, service scheduling, and documentation processing.
3. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a service-oriented industry, collaborating with field technicians in the security and alarm sector.

Position Responsibilities:

• Organize, prioritize, and manage the scheduling of installations and service requests.

• Utilize IBT for tracking all scheduled installations and collaborate with technicians to align schedules.

• Manage customer contracts and related documentation through the O2C Portal.

• Procure necessary materials and components for ongoing projects.

• Additional responsibilities may include:
o Acting as a payroll liaison and entering time tickets into OTM.
o Supporting Operations with administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies and filing, as well as providing backup for the Lead Administrator.
o Managing incoming customer and associate relations inquiries.
o Processing accounts payable invoices.
o Handling receivables related to installation payments.

Essential Skills:

• Proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Experience in the alarm, logistics, or construction industries.

• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

• Familiarity with project management principles.
