Key Responsibilities
- Guest Relations
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Greet and communicate with guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Staff Management
- Supervise and train front office staff, including interviewing, hiring, and scheduling.
- Ensure proper staffing levels and manage staff performance.
- Problem Solving
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Investigate and resolve issues, providing creative solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Operational Management
- Manage the hotel's front office operations, including daily transactions and MICROS system.
- Communicate with other departments, such as Housekeeping and Engineering, to ensure seamless operations.
- Special Requests
- Assist the General Manager with special requests, group blocking, and unusual circumstances.
Requirements
- High work ethic and self-initiative.
- Proven customer service and problem-solving experience.
- Regular attendance and adaptability to varying schedules.
