Job Overview
The Water Business Line at AECOM is seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Water Resources Project Leader, specializing in the design of water and wastewater infrastructure. This position emphasizes extensive engineering expertise in municipal conveyance and pumping systems.

Role Highlights
This role presents a unique opportunity to engage in client development, lead project delivery, and mentor emerging engineering talent. By utilizing AECOM's extensive regional and national water/wastewater engineering resources, you will contribute to the growth of our Nashville area operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project management tasks, including scoping, task allocation, invoicing, and project closure.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate detailed phases of engineering work for major projects or several smaller initiatives.
- Mentor and supervise junior engineering staff.
- Engage in planning, design, permitting, and construction phase services focused on municipal water/wastewater conveyance and pumping systems.
- Facilitate communication of project tasks across various offices, requiring strong coordination and communication skills.
- Deliver technical presentations and oversee the preparation of project reports, hydraulic models, calculations, drawings, construction plans, specifications, and permitting documentation.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Water Resources, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Possession of a valid Professional Engineer (P.E.) License.
- A valid Driver's License is required, and candidates must successfully pass AECOM's motor vehicle records review.

Additional Information
