With over 50 labs throughout the country, our team is growing, and we are seeking a skilled Customer Relations Specialist to join our organization.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Relations Specialist to join our team at National Dentex Labs. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Makes decisions to resolve customer issues and other key aspects of customer relationships
  • Initiates and records contacts with potential customers and/or expands services to existing accounts and improving relationships
  • Responds expeditiously to customers' complaints and problems and initiates changes to avoid future customer problems
  • Tracks, records, and reviews frequency and types of service/quality problems/mistakes and leads problem-solving discussions with laboratory staff
  • Initiates customer solutions whenever possible and takes necessary actions to convert negative customer and dental office experiences into positive outcomes
  • Maintains and updates customer database
  • Performs other appropriate job duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Some college preferred
  • 1-2 years' customer care experience
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Office products
